The EZV-P1 powder packaging machine is designed for packaging powder and granular products. It offers various bag width options with interchangeable formers for different production needs. The machine is equipped with a metering filling system tailored to the specific characteristics of the powder or granules, ensuring optimal packaging results. It supports three-side seal, four-side seal, and back seal bag formats, and can even accommodate custom shapes for unique branding effects.
Made of stainless steel (SS#304, SS#316) or plastic materials, the equipment meets food hygiene standards. It automates bag-making, metering, filling, sealing, printing, easy-tear notch cutting, and finished product output processes. It is suitable for packaging various powders such as coffee, medicine, probiotics, and biotech food products. The servo film pulling and servo screw systems ensure accurate film feeding and precise metering, resulting in visually appealing products. Optional features, like a vacuum feeder, can be added for efficient material supply.
