Unscrambler/Washer

The Bottle Unscrambler and Washer System automatically organizes, orients, and cleans bottles to ensure they are upright and ready for filling. Bottles are aligned through a centrifugal unscrambler and then cleaned by air or water washing, improving overall line efficiency.
The system can be customized for different bottle types and production requirements, offering easy adjustment and reduced labor costs for a wide range of bottle packaging applications.

Filler / Capper

EZPACK filling and capping systems are designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food applications, supporting high-precision micro-volume filling from 0.1 ml to 10 ml with servo or stepper-driven technology. The systems integrate multiple capping solutions, including single-head, side-spindle, vacuum, and press capping, featuring servo-controlled torque settings, quick-change tooling, and intuitive HMI operation to ensure stable production, consistent quality, and flexibility for various container and cap types.

Labeler / Label Counter

Labeling and label counting systems are widely used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics, food, and contract packaging industries for carton sealing, tamper-evident labeling, barcode identification, and label quantity management. Depending on production line requirements, the systems offer semi-automatic and fully automatic corner labeling solutions, as well as high-speed label counting, supporting flat, corner, angled, wrap-around, and L-shaped labeling applications to improve packaging efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance digital label and inventory management.
