Mechanical Features
The vertical powder filling and packaging machine utilizes servo screw, measuring cup, disc feeder, and other methods for measurement. It automatically performs bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, easy-tear notch cutting, and finished product conveying. It is suitable for various food powder and granule products such as pharmaceuticals, probiotics, collagen powder, nutritional supplements, and instant granules.
Equipped with a film detection mechanism, it provides early notification to operators for film replacement, avoiding wastage of film material. The machine utilizes servo film pulling and precise photoelectric detection system to ensure accurate and consistent product dimensions. Optional features include a dust removal system and water cooling system for high dust and high sugar content powder products.
