Mechanical Features
The single-column liquid packaging machine is designed for packaging liquid and viscous products with flowability. It offers different options for bag width, allowing for switching production with interchangeable formers (excluding the back sealing model). Depending on the characteristics of the liquid, a suitable filling system is used for accurate metering and filling. Packaging options include three-side seal, four-side seal, and back seal formats, and custom shapes can also be created to achieve product differentiation and brand identity in the market.
The main structure of the equipment is made of stainless steel (SS#304, SS#316) or plastic materials, ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards. The machine automates bag-making, metering, filling, sealing, printing, easy-tear notch cutting, and finished product output processes. The servo film pulling system ensures stable and precise film feeding, resulting in visually appealing products.
