Mechanical Features

Designed for packaging processes in which round tablets are orderly stacked and loaded into straight tube containers. The machine is PLC-controlled and features a simple structure, stable operation, and easy cleaning. It can automatically perform tablet feeding and sorting, container feeding and arranging, cap feeding and arranging, tablet counting and tube filling, as well as defective product detection and rejection. In the event of abnormalities such as missing tablets, containers, or caps, the machine will issue an alarm and automatically stop operation.
All tablet-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel. Prior to filling, filtered air is used to rinse the interior of the container, fully complying with GMP requirements.
Optional labeling and coding systems are available to achieve full automation, making it an ideal solution for tablet packaging in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food manufacturing.
